Our Staff
We supply one wait attendant for 25 people for a buffet and 1 wait attendant for 8 people at a sit down dinner. Staff is $100. per event. Staff members will also attend to requested stations.  We charge for 2 hours for setup, 3 hours for event and 1 hour for clean up. We add $25 per hour per staff member if the event goes over 6 hours. You will be charged for the number of people you request to serve, no matter how many actually show up.  Our staff is paid by us and the cost is included in the invoice. Payment is due on the day of the event.

We offer tasting for any event: prices vary based on menu. Please call or email us to set up an appointment.

We can order all rentals and take care of returns for a 20% fee. Otherwise you will be responsible for rental arrangements.

Diamond Food Enterprises Inc., is fully insured.

Contractual Agreement
We sign a contract for each event. To book a date we require a deposit and final payment is due on the day of the event. Cash, check or credit card (except Master Card: additional fee is added to invoice)
