Our Staff is consisted of servers and bartenders: We supply one attendant per 25 people for a buffet and 1 attendant per 8 people at a plated sit down dinner. Staff prices vary based upon the event, the number attending, the location, style, etc. Our service charge allows for 2 hours of setup, 3 hours of event and 1 hour of clean up. You will be charged for the number of people you request to serve, regardless of how many actually attend. The invoice for the event will include the total price of the staff. Payment is due a week before the event date.
We will help recommend liquor quantities but you are responsible for purchasing all alcohol and mixers. We will suggest suppliers if needed. Diamond Food Enterprises will be happy to supply bartenders. All legal responsibilities rest with the client.
We offer tasting for any event: Prices vary based on menu. Please call or email us to set up an appointment.
We can order all rentals and take care of returns for a 20% fee. Otherwise you will be responsible for rental arrangements.
Diamond Food Enterprises Inc., is fully insured.
We sign a contract for each event. To book a date we require a 20% deposit to secure the date and final payment is due a week prior to the event. We accept Cash, check or credit card ( Except Master Card).
