Our Staff
We make sure each member of our staff represents our company the way we’ve made it, by remaining dedicated to safe food handling, creativity when making masterpieces, and excellent customer service. We all strive to exceed the expectations set by our clients and help make your event unforgettable.
The Bar
We will help recommend beer and wine quantities, but our clients are responsible for purchasing all alcohol and mixers. We will suggest suppliers at our client’s request. Diamond Food Enterprises is equipped with the best bartenders, but all legal responsibilities rest with our clients.
Tastings
While there are many variables that could be used to determine the success of a catering company, we know the main one is food! When you decide to book Diamond Food Enterprises for catering on your big day, we want to make sure you’ll enjoy what we have to offer. We offer tasting appointments for our clients, specifically for the purpose of their satisfaction.
Rentals
We are able to order all rentals and take care of returns for a 20% fee, but otherwise client will be responsible for rental arrangements.
Insurance
Diamond Food Enterprises Inc., is fully insured.
Contractual Agreement
When you decide to have us cater your event, we do require a save-the-date deposit 30 days prior to your event. Your deposit secures your event in our calendars, that way we can confirm your catering and not leave you scrambling at the last minute. From there, your remaining balance must be paid seven days prior to your event. For these payments, cash, check, debit or credit card are all acceptable methods.
