We supply one wait attendant for 25 people for a buffet and 1 wait attendant for 20 people at a sit down dinner. Staff members will also attend to requested stations. We charge for 2 hours for setup, 3 hours for event and 1 hour for clean up. We add $25 per hour per staff member if the event goes over 6 hours. You will be charged for the number of people you request to serve, no matter how many actually show up. Our staff is paid by us and the cost is included in the invoice. Payment is due on the day of the event.
We will help recommend Beer and Wine quantities but you are responsible for purchasing all alcohol and mixers. We will suggest suppliers if needed. Diamond Food Enterprises will be happy to supply bartenders. All legal responsibilities rest with the client.

We sign a contract for each event. To book a date we require a deposit and final payment is due one week prior to the the event. Cash, check or credit card.
