I’m Steve Lambros. I’ve been in the food business for over 30 years. I founded Diamond Food Enterprises in 1991 and haven’t stopped making my mark on the catering business in the NC area. I’m a hard working individual that strives to make your event the best that it can be!
Diamond Food Enterprises prides itself in its ties to the community. We buy local and organic when possible, we are a part of many local organizations & make contributions to local nonprofits as well as donate excess food to shelters and we recycle!

Diamond Food Enterprises Inc., will go to any venue you can dream of – from a wedding on the beach to a non-profit oyster roast under beautiful, live oak trees. From dinners in the church hall or company picnics, to large fundraisers: we have the staff and the experience to keep you and your guests happy.
Diamond Food Enterprises has created a drop off service for smaller groups, such as sales rep lunches or office breakfast buffets, but we also pull out all the bells and whistles for 2,000+ guests.
