Diamond Food Enterprises Inc., has been the catering choice of southeastern North Carolina since 1991.  Steve Lambros has relied on his years of experience in the food and beverage business, to create his community-oriented catering company. Diamond Food Enterprises specializes in catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, events, corporate entertaining, church and faith-based catering, and many more!

Since 1991, we have gladly catered many events from small corporate lunches of 10 to fundraisers of over 2,000 guests.

Diamond Food Enterprises prides itself in its ties to the community.  We buy local and organic when possible, we are a part of many local organizations & make contributions to local nonprofits as well as donate excess food to shelters and we recycle!
